This corporate interior project redefines workspace functionality through modern office partitioning, ergonomic workstation design, and acoustic optimization. The design blends transparency, branding, and performance — creating an inspiring and productive work environment for a leading professional firm in Upper Hill.

Key Design Features

1. Space Planning & Layout
Efficient open-plan layout accommodating 120 ergonomic workstations, collaborative zones, and executive offices. Circulation paths were optimized for accessibility, natural lighting, and spatial harmony.

2. Glazed Partition Systems
Full-height double-glazed glass partitions with acoustic interlayers achieve privacy while maintaining visual openness. Brushed-aluminum framing and concealed channels deliver a minimalist aesthetic aligned with corporate branding.

3. Acoustic Gypsum Board Walls
Sound-insulated gypsum partitions with high-density mineral wool infill ensure meeting-room confidentiality and reduce ambient noise. Finishes include smooth paint, textured vinyl, and sustainable panels.

4. Flooring & Finishes
High-durability vinyl flooring in neutral tones complements corporate identity. Transition strips and skirtings integrate seamlessly with raised-access flooring and data cable systems.

5. Reception & Brand Identity
A dynamic front-of-house reception featuring 3D illuminated signage, backlit acrylic logo, and textured feature wall designed to reflect the client’s corporate ethos.

6. Lighting & Electrical Systems
Energy-efficient LED linear lighting, motion sensors, and workstation task lights installed in compliance with modern green-building standards (ASHRAE 90.1 / LEED guidelines).

7. Sustainability & Comfort
VOC-free paints, recycled acoustic materials, and air-quality compliant finishes ensure occupant wellness. The design promotes biophilic balance through greenery accents and daylight access.
