Consult & Site Visit
We listen to your goals, budget and timelines, then conduct a site visit or virtual walk-through. We capture measurements, photos and building requirements.
Concept & 3D Design
Our designers prepare layouts, mood boards and 3D renders showing how your office, home, clinic or hotel will look and function.
Costing & Programme
You receive a detailed bill of quantities and project programme so you understand all cost items before works begin. Rates are shared on request.
Approvals & Mobilisation
We support any approvals, coordinate with building management and plan deliveries and mobilization to minimize disruption.
Construction & Fit-Out
Our supervised teams execute ceilings, flooring, partitioning, painting, joinery, plumbing and electrical installations.
Styling & Snagging
We add final styling, signage and décor, then walk through with you to capture and close any snags before handover.
Handover & Support
We hand over a clean, ready-to-use space and remain available for post-handover support and maintenance.
Roll-Out to Branches
For clients with multiple locations, we can roll out your design to additional branches across Kenya using standardized packages.
