Step 4: Installation stages

Set-out. The ceiling level is marked around the room so the surface is perfectly flat.
Frame. A steel frame is hung from the slab or roof structure at the correct spacing.

Pre-boarding check. We inspect the frame and services before the boards go on.

Step 5: Finishing

The surface is skimmed and sanded smooth, primed and painted. Lights and fittings are installed and tested, dimmers are checked and access panels are fitted. Finally, we walk the room with you and list any snags to be fixed before handover.
